The segment was from something called MTV News: Unfiltered.  It is a regular
MTV show; MTV sends you a camera and you do your own news story and send it
back to them for the show.  If you go to
<http://www.mtv.com/MTVNEWS/unfilter/106b.html> you'll find a couple
pictures and the text of that episode.  It was a pretty short segment, but
it looked good.
