Can anyone tell me if ferrets are illegal in London, Ontario Canada?  I
can't get a straight answer from anyone.
 
My ferret Willy is pooping in every corner upstairs, and we have two litter
boxes downstairs.  I can't get him to stop.  I can't bring litter upstairs
because we have guests over all the time.  What shall I do?
