Hi everybody ! I have seen a lot of postings about the litterbox use and non-use. My son is frustrated with Clyde, the ferret. He goes whenever he has the urge and doesn't look for one of the several litterboxes in the room. I estimate Clyde to be 4 months old now. Dookie (my birthday ferret) consistently uses the box. She is ~1 year old. Is my son expecting too much from the little boy ferret , too soon? (my opinion is yes, the ferret is still young) Or, are males simply not as particular about it as females? Both were originally bought from a pet store, so they are both neutered . (Dookie was found via a newpaper ad, so she was a "used" ferret so to speak.) I'm really enjoying these incorrigible little creatures ! Thanks for any info ! [Posted in FML issue 1321]
