The feline distemper vaccine shouldn't hurt your ferrets, but it does
them no good.  You need to start all over again with a full set of canine
distemper vaccinations.

Though that will probably work, the only rabies vaccine which is labeled
for ferrets (meaning the company tested it and had it approved for use in
ferrets) is Imrab.  Imrab is also used for dogs and cats, so most vets
will have it around.  (It's a 3-year vaccine in cats, but only good for
one year in ferrets, simply because that's all it was tested for.)
