I just received via snail-mail the following letter; State of Louisiana Dept. of Wildlife and Fisheries 368 Century Park Dr. Monroe, LA 71203-8732 Mr. Jim Wilkinson address Dear Mr. Wilkinson Since our telephone conversation on 7/31/95, I have learned that ferrets are considered domesticated animals in the State of Louisiana and licenses are not needed to keep them.
