To Chris Haas:

A yellowish mucously stoll with flecks of red stuff in it is probably
abnormal and may indicate another one of those ongoing "gastrointestinal
indiscretions" that we as ferret owners encounter on a frequent basis.

        1) Laxatone 1 in. twice daily for everyone until you isolte the
culprit.
        2) Check the feces carefully for foreign material.
        3) Look for digested blood, off odors, etc. in the feces.
        4) Watch for someone going off food, laying around, etc. and take that
one to the vet.

        Remain calm, be attentive.
