     According to Section 3 (1), Hobby breeding, paragraph (h) "A ferret is
not sold or offerred for sale before the ferret is at least 10 weeks old."

     Section 9, paragraph (2) states "A person who violates this act or a
rule promulgated under this act other than as provided under subsection (1)
or (3) is guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall pay the costs of the
prosecution..."
