Hey! Rascal and I were trading colds back and forth about three weeks ago, but I thought that we both were back to normal. I may second-guess myself. You see, when I got back today and started carrying Rascal upstairs, she was awake, but her eyes were slightly glazed over. She looked at me as if she hadn't ever seen me before, but after a couple seconds she recognized me and began licking all over. This is usually normal, but she wouldn't stop licking. Just lick-lick-lick for about five minutes without stopping. She lost intrest eventually and climbed indside the litter pan. She tried to go, but looked like she didn't really want to, 'cause she faked it four times. She sighed and sniffed around. She found a (carpeted) corner and backed up. I grabbed her and put her in the litter box, and she (finally) went, but I don't think that I wanted to see what came out. To put it gently, it was green and yellow, mucusy, and not even close to solid. Neither she nor I have had any contact with ANY ferrets lately (lately as in the last month), so I have no clue where this has come from. She's had several sneezing attacks, sneezing quickly up to eleven times in a row. I've washed her bedding and all of her litter pans, so she can't re-catch anything. Her paws are also unusually dry/red/sore, and I put cream on them, but she just licks it off. She's only had one of these poops, and she's been sleeping for the past two hours without relieving herself as of yet, so I don't know whether or not these will continue. Thanx for listening to this (sort of) long post. -- Carinne and Rascal _ _ _ _ ( )-----( ) ( )-----( ) ( ######### ) ( ######### ) (###O###O###) (###O###O###) ( ######### ) ( ######### ) ( ^^^ ) ( ^^^ ) ((((()))) ((((()))) [Posted in FML issue 1121]
