Yes, unlike many animals, ferrets can trade colds and flus with you.
Tygger might also be sneezing just because he's been wandering around
in dusty places.  I don't mean to panic you, but coughing and wheezing
are also common signs of cardiomyopathy -- heart disease.  That's not
likely, especially at his age, but you could keep it in mind if the
symptoms don't clear up after a week or two of treatment.
