Hi.. not sure if this has been brought up on here before, I haven't had time to read through my digests lately.. What I was wondering was if ferrets ever need to be treated for intestinal worms? I know that it's recommended to put them on a heart wormer, but I don't recall seeing anything other than that. My two kids have been eating massive amounts of food lately (but the weather here has been pretty warm and spring-like.. could that be affecting them? Didn't have them at this time last year *smile*)... but they're not putting on weight. They're not underweight.. both are nice and solid without being ribby or looking like 2 liter coke bottles with legs like some ferrets I've seen, I just can't believe how much food they're going through. I haven't seen any signs of worms in any of their stool, but my boyfriend has been nagging me to go ahead and ask the doctors here about it, so here it is *grin* Anyways, I'll stop rambling, this list gets long enough as it is.. Have a good one, all =) Jody ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "You know, there are times when it's a source of personal pride to not be human." -- Hobbes [Posted in FML issue 1113]
