This might be of some interest. A friend just sent my wife a couple of
Swedish postage stamps. They are regular size, horizontal format, with a
pretty well done illustration of a sable ferret. The face value on the
stamp is 3 KR; the copy is: SVERIGE, along the top: Iller mustela putorius,
vertically along the right hand side and: B. Lundwall, 1993, B.
Naszarkowski along the bottom in tiny letters. Maybe somebody could lean on
our Swedish connection to obtain some more samples. The stamp is in current
use.
Merry Christmas to all, folks and furballs alike!
Mike.
