   Ferrets are still illegal in Michigan, but a bill to legalize them is half
way to law (passed the House, being debated in the Senate)...  However, I
don't think that should stop you from taking a job in Michigan...
  I live in Michigan and have two ferrets...  The local pet stores sell ferret
 supplies, and I have a great vet...
  It would be nice to have ferret shows, get togethers, etc. in public, but
maybe that will be a reality soon...
