Almost everything went fine yesterday evening when I went to bring home my two new ferrets: Rustan, a boy of 0.8 kg, Carmen, a dark brown girl of 0.5 kg. The breeder had already brought them for several trips to different places, so the trip was no trouble for them. When we came home, Natasja at first greeted them politely and half an hour later dragged them around the floor a little, whereupon they seems to agree with each others. Alison on the other hand was frightened of them from the beginning, and at first didn't even want to peer around the corner to see what had arrived. Of course it was easy to predict what was to happen later: She attacked them every time they came too close, and now they mostly keep their distance, but there's no fighting going on. Their mother had litter box trained them perfectly: So far 100% success rate, both at home and during the visit to my parents today. -- Urban Fredriksson [log in to unmask] [Posted in FML issue 0826]
