Gail, just like your ferret, my baby Beckett only twitches her tail in one very specific situation, and it is the cutest thing I've ever seen! She has learned that whenever I put my coat on that means that the big door that leads to the fun and exciting outside world will be opening soon, and that it's time for her to hide under the shoe rack by that door. She looks at me, then runs under the rack and watches my feet, waiting for a chance to make her big escape. She still has her baby fat, so all I see from above is a little pink nose out of the front of the rack, and a pudgy butt with wagging tail out the side. It is *so* cute! She just keeps twitching her tail until I get close enough to open the door, and then she tries to get out. Did I mention how cute it is?... [Posted in FML issue 0747]
