RE: Trella scratching Laura, maybe it's just that the heater is causing her skin to dry out. Try using a conditioner/cream rinse. PPP makes a good one called Apple White (or something like that). It's not ferret specific (i.e. it's in the dog section), but I know a lot of ferret owners who use it. It's actually a whitener, but it doesn't bleach. I use it on Percy, who's sable, with no problems. It just makes her underfur a little brighter, which I really like. > If anyone would like info on the ferret research, let me know > and I will post what I can find out. Basically ferrets catch similar Mark, do you have access to any lists of organizations that do animal research? It's not for some animal rights thing, I want to send out a mailing to all the researchers in the area asking them to release their control group ferrets to our shelter. I know that some groups have been very successful with this sort of thing in the past, my only problem is that I have no idea how to find out the names/addresses. I will keep all information confidential. Please e-mail or send to: Nancy Hartman c/o The Delaware Valley Ferret Club P.O.
