MIAMI HURRICANE RESCUE STATICS: The following list tells what was donated, delivered and or supplied to the Miami Hurricane Ferret Rescue Operation. 4200 POUNDS OF VARIOUS TYPES OF FERRET FOOD 1560 POUND OF LITTER 37 WATER BOTTLES 42 LITTER TRAYS 22 HAMMOCKS (AND OR FERRET SLINGS ETC.) $3700 WORTH OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES 17 CAGES Two Air Evacuation Flights at the cost to Aircraft owners of $5,970.00 SIX Supply deliveries BY TRUCK AND VAN $700+ donations $1,300 worth of Supplies for Cats and Dogs 1 large dog cage, AND INCLUDED LEASH AND DOG FOOD 22 pounds of Ferret Rags 18 pounds ferret "Blankies" 14 Transportation Cages (on temporary loan) OVER 5,000 Man hours of work $250.00 Vet service 7 BOXs OF CLOTHING FOR HUMAN HURRICANE VICTIMS 27 FERRET (HUMAN) T-SHIRTS 5 FERRET COLLARS AND LEASH'S 20 CASE'S OF HUMAN FOOD To all those who donated - there are not words to express the gratitude for you compassion in the Hurricane Andrew Crisis.
