[This is the important message I promised... ]

A local pet store was given an unneutered *RED* male ferret as the
owners were moving to a state that doesn't allow ferrets.

It would be a shame not to breed him as his coloration is unlike
any ferret we've seen. He is large (probably 4+ pounds) and is
extremely friendly. I'd guess him to be 1 to 2 years old. One of
his canine teeth is damaged, so he isn't show quality.

There are folks who will take him as a pet after he is descented
and neutered. Everyone who has been with him feels it would be a
shame not to breed him due to the coloration and temperment, but
no one can find a reputable breeder who will take him. (Path Valley
Farms doesn't seem to be interested).

If you know of a REPUTABLE breeder who will give him a good home
please ring us up before he looses his change to pass his genes
along.
