Sam, felt badly that I posted your poem before you had a chance to do so. I happen to come across it when I was searching the archives for the other one I remembered, Away from the Manger. It seemed to good to not dust off adn present again. I'm glad you were pleased to know someone else admired it enough to presnet it again. I wanted to be sure I gave you credit since it is such a lovely piece. I love the pieces that allow you to conjure up the images in your head as the words unfold. Kudos to you Sam. I can imagine how bitter sweet this is to have the happiness of memories of old and yet be missing the rascals that created that excitement.
