Hi. I haven't posted anything to the list in about a decade or so, but here's something I haven't seen mentioned: Few things in this world can be truly unique, but out of 6.8 billion people, I can say I'm the only person to have a musical based on my first ferret. Fosgate, Ferret Loan Officer opens in Orlando this week at the Fringe festival. It's written by a friend of mine, Ned Wilkinson, who is one of those "can play any instrument you put in front of him" types of people people. If you live in the midwest, you've probably heard an advertising jingle he has written or performed. The play was originally going to be about a ferret who teaches the other animals about copyright infringement (you've been on the list a long, LONG time if you get that reference), but this worked out better. https://www.facebook.com/events/308162152573822/ is the event page. You can buy tickets at http://orlandofringe.org/2012/04/16/fringe-tickets-now-on-sale/ Opens this Friday and runs through the 27th! [Posted in FML 7426]
