I got a call from this guy on Sunday. Since I have caller ID I also
have his number. Has anyone reported this to the authorities? He is
in California.

I keep a list of all the California area codes by the phone so I know
when someone calls about adoption where it is from. We have apolicy of
not adopting to CA people so I can brush them off. This whacko's number
starts with 310 so don't answer any call from there.
