There seems to be some information in the book, Ferrets For Dummies,
that does not agree with information from other sources.

On page 215 of the 2nd edition of this book it says that giving
Ibuprofen along with other NSAIDS to ferrets is acceptable. They are
in the list following the statement: "The following list presents some
of the most common pain medications currently used on ferrets."

Other sources indicated that Ibuprofen is NOT an acceptable medication
to give a ferret. There seems to be far more against than for its use
on ferrets.
