Lufthansa allows ferret in cabin, don't they? That would at least get
you to the US. From there you would have to drive a rental car to your
final destination. Unfortunately there is no other way. Another person
had this issue last year or the year before and drove from Chicago to
the west coast! Delta and the other domestic airlines are just
ridiculous but there is nothing that can be done.
