RE: Louisiana

Louisiana inheritance laws are based on Napoleanic laws and differ
from most every other state. Your best bet is to always consult with
a lawyer experienced with estate planning in your particular state.

"War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and
degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing
is worth war is much worse. The person who has nothing for which he is
willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal
safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless
made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself." --John
Stewart Mill

"Show me just what Muhammad brought that was new and there you will
find things only evil and inhuman, such as his command to spread by
the sword the faith he preached. God is not pleased by blood - and not
acting reasonably is contrary to God's nature. Faith is born of the
soul, not the body. Whoever would lead someone to faith needs the
ability to speak well and to reason properly, without violence and
threats... To convince a reasonable soul, one does not need a strong
arm, or weapons of any kind, or any other means of threatening a person
with death..." -- Manuel II Palaeologus
