GOOD NEWS! The doctors were very happy to see the CT Scan as it showed no further damage to her brain aneurysm and they are planning to reverse the sleep-induced coma tomorrow if all goes according to plan. But, BUT! She will remain hospitalized for a few days to prevent excess movement. And, AND! She will NOT be allowed to do any excessive movement for at least 6 WEEKS. Joe says it is unlikely that she will be able to resume regular activities at the shelter and caring for their other pet cats until mid-February and he will have to take a leave of absence for a few weeks. It may be she will not be able to drive or return to work full time until then either. She will NOT like that at all. This will hit them pretty hard but Joe says they will be okay. If anyone is even somewhat close to the shelter in Hernando MS or in the area can they be sure they are doing ok or perhaps email , call ? email : [log in to unmask] Rose www.littlefeetferretbedding.org [Posted in FML 6949]
