Petco carries plastic bird dishes that are about 4-5 inches wide on the backside and are a half circle. They work great as ferret food and water dishes - my clowns require a clip/clamp on theirs so they don't spill. They are real inexpensive and hold up well. $1.57 for one. Also, 1 inch metal clips with the little red rubber tips are great for securing bedding, dishes, covers etc. This particular kind usually come on a cardboard with about 8-10 clips on it.
