Sarah, A very special little boy passed to the bridge today. His name was Pippin, because when we adopted him, he was such a tiny little thing, the name just seemed to fit.He developed cataracts while he lived with us, and at the end, I think he was totally blind, so being able to see the lovely colors at the bridge will probably be a suprise to him. Please make sure that he gets his wings, in some lovely bright colors that he wasn't able to see while he was with us. To greet him, you'll want to find Ferdie, Willy and Woody, who knew him before they passed, and tell him that Buzz, Pensfold, Oscar, Bella and Butters will be looking for him when they get there. We will miss him as we do all of the fuzzys who pass before us, with small chunks of our hearts torn out at their passing, but look forward to meeting them again when the Boss decides that our time has come. He didn't know a lot of the fuzzys that have been part of our life, but along with the kids above, his bridge family will include Alex, Hanna, Kayla, Kitten, Misty, and Princess. We will be waiting for the fuzzy kisses in our dreams, and watch every shooting star for a message from those that are with you. Tell them all how much we still love them, even though many years have passed since the first one left. Thank you so much for greeting them at the end of their journey, and making them feel at home when we no longer can. Ingrid and Andy [Posted in FML 6054]
