You have some DLL files that are corrupt. Those are needed to make the software work, but there are a gazillion of them in the system and deleting the wrong one/s will ruin your entire computer. You may need to contact Netzero for help. This is unusual to happen but I had problems with Windows Updates, the only way to delete the down load was to remove the DLL files and start over, this took Microsoft 2 months to work out addressing the problem almost every day. Look to see if Netzero has it's own uninstall ap, some do. Try installing the new one and then removing the old after. The new one may refresh some of the corrupt DLL files. Good luck !
