I have a delightful female from the huge Ohio Rescue that is ready to go to her new home. She has been given the temporary name of Angie. She is a stocky chocolate with a mask. Angie is around 6 months of age according to a local vet. She has been spayed, vaccinated for Rabies and had her first Canine Distemper. She has been tested for heartworm, and is negative. Angie has a delightful personality. She has been very gentle and craves human interaction. She is 'good' with our German Shepherd as long as they are monitored. Angie thinks Abbie is a huge toy, so we do monitor interaction between them. If you would like to meet Angie and consider giving her a good home, contact me no later than 11/16 at this email address or call (772) 228-9067. If she isn't placed in Florida this week, she will be available for adoption in Ohio after November 19. I have been amazed at the ferrets that were brought out of that farm's environment. Watching them discover life as a ferret has been wonderful. Thanks to each and every one that participated in whichever way you were able, from donations to volunteers, to transports, to organizers, to the shelters and private individuals that have taken them in. Thank you to Lori Sies and all parties that helped her so tirelessly to 'free', care for, and relocate these sweet ferrets.
