It's unfortunate, but again it's the parents fault for not supervising
their children when they have animals. Very aggravating considering
it's not the animal's fault. Hopefully the parents will be investigated
and the charges that need to be brought against them are. But then the
question is what happens to the poor child now???? Should the baby even
be in their custody... also what happens to the animals.. very sad
situation....
