Nell, I hope little Phillipe is showing nothing more than a reaction to
hot weather.  Some of mine have very ordinary looking tails by the end
of Summer
 
Your description of the new outdoor play areas made my heart soar with
joy.  I can see and your fuzzies sharing some beautiful times together
in them.
