Apparently the Ferndale Library in Bellingham has educational opportunities for children that involve live frrets! I tried to send the link, but it was no good. A Mark Prince shared his ferrets with the kids on July 25. This looks like a wonderful way to teach the kids. Today (Monday) the ferrts and I will visit our local library so that the kids can meet ferrets. We will be sharing the spotlight with a horse! If you have a local library (and who doesn't?), check and see about taking your well-mannered, clean, vaccinated ferrets in a cage and with collars and leash to visit! This is also an excellent opportunity to take some info about the BFF! -- renee :) It's amazing how much can be accomplished if nobody cares who gets the credit!
