Weasel-ish Warning:

We fuzz-butt moms who have been witness to the implantation of a
Melatonin implant know that this can sometimes be a stressful procedure
for the fuzzy, the mom, the tech, and sometimes even the vet as well..
It also is a no doubt visual of just how thick a ferrets skin can be,
especially when with some implantations, one hears that distinctive
"pop" as the implant goes in.

Word to the wise, Do not, while observing the implanting, in a calm, yet
loud enough to be heard voice, right in the middle of the procedure, make
the comment, "Hmmm, Pop goes the Weasel! " as this will cause your vet,
and tech as well, to go into fits of great laughter, but as they are in
the middle of the procedure, it must, and will be, restrained for they
are ever the professionals!. HOWEVER, upon completion of said procedure,
both tech and vet will turn to you, and with fits of laughter flying
free,& filling the room, they will reprimand you with smile, a giggle,
and a "Oh geeze,!! I will never be able to do another implant without
thinking of this!!!"

And so, if you do not want to cause your vet and vet tech great bodily
disfunction by having to restrict fits of laughter in the middle of an
implant procedure, refrain from stating this phrase at that time.

Just wait 'til they're done instead!
