>I've heard quite a few people complain about shelters not responding to >their e-mails about the Giving Tree Several of the ferrets on the giving tree did not have addresses listed. There was an email addy and a note to contact the shelter about what that ferret needed, etc. As far as getting a thank you note, I agree you shouldn't expect one, it would be nice but shelter moms and dads are very busy people. I do however think a quick email stating they received the package would be nice. I ask the shelter to please drop me an email when I send stuff so I am sure they received it since last year I did have a package get lost in the mail. It showed up late in January and we have no idea where all it had been. :o) Kay [Posted in FML issue 5091]
