Several of the ferrets on the giving tree did not have addresses listed.
There was an email addy and a note to contact the shelter about what that
ferret needed, etc.
 
As far as getting a thank you note, I agree you shouldn't expect one,
it would be nice but shelter moms and dads are very busy people.  I do
however think a quick email stating they received the package would be
nice.  I ask the shelter to please drop me an email when I send stuff so
I am sure they received it since last year I did have a package get lost
in the mail.  It showed up late in January and we have no idea where all
it had been. :o)
