Dooks to all, Yes, little Zoie has a wonderful home. And she is very happy to be there. Davie and her are still getting along wonderfully. She is a blessing for Davie and us. She is so active, and she loves the freedom she receives from having the whole house to roam. I bathed her late that night she came home, to remove the dried blood around her neck and to get the germs out. It might have stung her, but, she was willing. I put ointment on it, and watched her all night. She was so content, that she sat in her hammock and gently rubbed the back of her neck for about a half hour. I cried. The neck morning I checked her neck and it was nice and pink. No more blood. So, she is going to be fine. The lady that we rescued her from was mean. She wanted nothing to do with her, and also made the comment, " this is the happiest day of her life." Witch. If she had let Zoie out in the cold, she would have froze and or/ got hit by a car. They live on a very busy road. So I am grateful to have rescued her. She will forever have a wonderful life with us. God Bless. Dawn, Aleixs Davie & Zoie [Posted in FML issue 5108]
