I have had luck with getting Ferretone out of clothing by saturating the affected area with dish soap and letting it sit overnight before laundering. The trick is to completely dissolve the oils before it hits the dryer where remaining residue will be 'set' forever. Much depends upon the fiber content. Cottons are much more receptive to this, and if it is a dry clean only garment, -good luck!
