There goes another Ferret Angel to the bridge... Daizy was a darked eyed white that my friend Melissa adopted from a shelter in New England about 3 years ago. She had been in shelters for about a year when Melissa took her. I guess people were shy about taking in a deaf ferret. Daizy never let her deafness stop her; she didn't feel disabled. She would dance around wildly in her Crazy Daizy dance when she played. Daizy would sometimes spend time with my ferrets when Melissa was out of town, and she got along well with all of them. Daizy was a sweet girl. She wasn't a really big hug bunny, because she was much too busy playing and exploring. She passed to the Rainbow bridge this morning at 12:30. She was stricken down by a fast acting cancer....we didn't even know that she was ill. She will be keeping company at the bridtge with Kooto--her adopted brother, and also by her two special friends from my business; Moe (my previous deaf DEW), and Truffle, Moe's companion.
