I recently asked this very same question of a vet working for one of the
large vaccine manufacturers.  Here's what he replied:
 
"It has been hypothesised that vaccination against parvovirus might
induce immunity to Aleutian disease- and this statement has actually
appeared in a textbook.  However I am unaware that anyone has ever
performed a challenge study to demonstrate such cross-protection truly
exists."
