These are not part of a 'natural diet' for ferrets (or for cats). Rice and potatoes may not be good as the carbohydrate sources either. Both have a high glycemic index, which may increase the risk for insulinomas. Even worse could be the garlic. Garlic and onions can cause problems in cats (anemia) and likely in ferrets too.
