Hi Julie. I didn't see the ferret's age. Also, having adopted several times from ferret shelters as well as a few petshop ferrets, $150 is high for an adoption fee, considering the ferret is sick and may need follow up care. I am looking for a male under the age of 2, but to be honest, I'm more comfortable going to a known shelter and adopting a ferret whose history is known and the ferret is deemed healthy by a vet. I'm not trying to sound like a witch, but I'm being honest with you. [Posted in FML issue 4839]
