Muldoone gets back to the Bridge and gets there just in time for the arrival of the newest arrival. The wind begins to pick up again and it blows through his fur and whiskers, delicately dancing on the soft backside of his ears. As the flash of light subsides the unmistakable sound of ferrety feets could be heard coming across the Bridge. As Wilson reaches the end of the Bridge, Muldoone steps forward to offer his nose in a greeting. "You must be Wilson, Mully says to him, I be Mr. Muldoone, officialist Wainbow Bwidge Gweeter, weltome to da Wainbow Bwidge." Wilson stop, sits down, and studies the new face in front of him.
