Is Cystine found in say rabbit carcas at as high a rate as in American ferret kibble? Generally speaking, are all the amino acids found in mice and rabbit the same as found in our kibble. Does cystine and the other amino acids found in our kibble come purely from the chicken by product? Or is Cystine, et al, something added to kibble? If the amino acids questioned are added to kibble on top of what's already found in the chicken meal and chicken by product already in there, then can this all be "fixed" by simple adjusting the amino acids added? Or would we be then inviting a whole host of other problems that are associated with other amino acids (have we already chosen the less of two evils)?
