My big, beautiful boy, Husky crossed the Rainbow Bridge sometime yesterday. He was a big silvermitt boy with a wannabe blaze that I adopted from Scarlett Gray of Scarlett's Happy Dookers. He was a very friendly outgoing boy that I used in ferret awareness days and took to street fairs. He was originally gotten to keep a shy timid rescue ferret company. The shy boy, Loki, died of prostate cancer and Husky was moved into the "white ferret cage". All of the ferrets were dark eyed whites or albinos. During the course of his life he lived in a couple of different cages. When he got to be too old and sick to tolerated younger ferrets he was moved to the retirement cage where he finished his days. He survived by his cagemates Killconey, Ione, Dureena and Gracie. Kathy Gallagher Celtic Ferrets [Posted in FML issue 4722]
