I do not know Gerri Himberger in person, other than to chat on the phone a LOT. Learn all about her life, give her counsel on (customer service), I know that she works in a pet store, other than the one she brought up. I believe that whatever she is offering as written, is bonafide as far as she is able to provide. We have discussed this issue over the phone several times. Gerri is a concerned animal lover period. This girl goes to work, on her time off, just to take the ferrets out to play, groom their nails and make sure that they are properly cared for, along with the other animals in her store. She also offers ferret training classes in store for free. She is so good, that she is being groomed for a management position. (We) she and I are just working on her "customer service" skills...Gerri loves and cares meticulously for the animals that she shares her home and life with. Makes certain, as best possible aside from devoting off duty time to getting the rest of the animals in that store cared for. I don't think she would be pursuing this issue, just to raise eyebrows, problems, or agitate. [Posted in FML issue 4588]
