Thanks to all that sent advice on what to do about Ringo, my little
insulinomic boy. He is knocking back more of the steroids daily and
is acting a lot better. His weight is still really low, but he overall
seems to be improving.

The problem? The little snot has no interest in ferret food or baby food
or even real chicken. He turns his little nose up at all the concoctions
I come up with. He is, however, obsessed with the puppy's food. How bad
is it for him to eat the puupy chow? The pup eats Iams Puppy. While I'm
pleased Ringo's showing an interest in eating again, I'd just as soon he
eat HIS food! How much should I police the dog's food? I want Ringo to
eat something. I just don't know if we've gone from the frying pan into
the fire. I vaguly recall there being something in dog food that isn't
good for the fuzzies. (Plus he's making the puppy crazy. Imagine Ringo
nonchalantly chomping away on a bowl full of food while the puppy dances
around him barking. Interestingly enough, the puppy is only intimidated
by Ringo, not the other weasels. Go figure!)

thanks,
Anne
