If you have tried Pretty Bird food and were unsatisifed due to the >difference in odor of the food, the consistency of the feces of your >animal, or because your animal wasn't crazy about the food itself... but >want so much for your animal to have a high grade food like this, don't >worry. Although I sometimes get very frustrated with Pretty Pets because of all the changes they make to the formula and their lack of communication with their distributors, I am happy to know that they are listening to the customers and are trying to improve the food without compromising the nutrition. All the comments I have read or received personally make it back to the company. I'm on the phone with them several times a week asking for updates, since their communication with the distributors is a bit lacking. Their website, prettypets.com has a wealth of information about all of their products as well as all the research that goes into their products.
