Good day everyone, I hope I am jumping to conclusions and that mo lab's post about active ferrets was 'tongue in cheek'. Having been the grateful roommate of eight ferrets, I can testify that young ferrets are not cuddly in the sense of sitting in your lap for any time at all. When mine were young, the only time I could really cuddle them is if I picked them up when they were sleeping the 'sleep of the dead'. Having lost some of my babies to the Bridge, I can tell you that I really appreciate the sight of the youngsters doing what ferrets do best, creating a certain amount of havoc. Take good care of your babies and you will have cuddlers all too soon. Shirley [Posted in FML issue 4388]
