Hi all,
 
As Sukie pointed out, it is best to do surgery and remove as much of the
pancreas as possible to treat insulinoma.  If the ferret is a high risk
for surgery/anesthesia then treatment with pred, diet, +/- proglycem are
the way to go.  Chemotherapy with doxorubicin or streptozocin may be the
treatment of choice in the near future.
