home depot sells door sweeps that can either attach to the front or
rear, or a u shaped one that covers both sides .  these come in brass ,
aluminum , stainless steel , plain steel( paint able )or industrial
plastic.  they are made for interior / exterior applications , you should
find something that will fit.
