Ok, I'm getting my energy turbo's all wound up and I'm going to do it
today.

I am moving my daughter into the ferret/spare bedroom and putting the
ferrets into her bedroom. We are taking everything out except a large
metal desk than I don't know how we got it in there in the first place.
It has hardwood floors vs. carpeting, so I expect it will be easier to
clean. After we get the rooms swapped around I'm putting in tunnels and
boxes and all kinds of stuff to make it a ferret haven. (litter boxes
in all the corners too.

Of course, having never done this before, I want to know if there are any
things I should look for in setting up this room. Any hidden dangers
that I need to look for? The floor is finished hard wood, so I don't
"think" they can chew it. The walls are knotty pine paneling, also
hopefully chew proof. (do ferrets even chew wood?). I"m putting child
safe plugs on the outlets and turning off the electric to the room (I
think, not sure if it's got it's own circuit breaker but I think so).
Any other ideas?

Thanks,
Shelley
