Hey all! It was a busy couple of weeks at the shelter! Grandma had surgery to help her ears and hearing and she's doing well. She gets confused often but her spirits are good. Late Saturday night, the shelter took in Romeo. He's about 2 1/2 and has a very badly broken back leg. He'll be off to the university teaching hospital on Sunday morning. He will need over a $1,000 surgery to fix his leg but with thanks to Nancy from Ferrets Across America and Reanee, hopefully we'll be able to get some of that money together for him. He's very sweet and doesn't bite even though i'm sure his leg hurts. Chauncer and Moyra were adopted together to auntie Selina. i'm sure they are causing her many troubles! The shelter also took in Talayah, a 4 month old and Mo an 2 year old. They both get along well with Missy-Ann. All for now!
